Customer service is...

Customer service is not even close to average No supervisor on the shift Staff can’t take action and asked me to call the supervisor, super unprofessional. Poor queue management and sequence of receiving service, because there is no supervisor on the shift. Waited for over 2 hours for my car to be washed, and it is a 6/10 wash. It was during a high volume time (a time where supervisor has to be there), but it was not managed properly by poorly trained staff due to no supervisor present (supervisor is probably poorly trained as well). High price to match their poor wash and their poor levels of customer service.

Just been to this car wash for the full pressure wash and car has a terrible smell and the AC has stopped working. No phone number to contact them. Terrible service.
