The location is perf...

The location is perfect, near WTC, corniche beach and a bus station/taxi pool. Service is good, especially the receptionist are helping so much. Special thanks to Dichen. Otherwise, The room is not clean, especially the kitchen and balcony are dirty and rusty.

"We had a pleasant stay at The Eclipse Boutique Suites. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were very accommodating. A special mention to Miss July at the reception, who was incredibly professional and helpful. Highly recommend!"

Never again. You can...

Never again. You can die here and staff will not care. My kid was unwell and we were out of drinking water (wich were included in the room based on the booking). The multiple request of reception to assist with drinking water for any price was never fulfilled. Cleaning and rest of service were the same, no socket adapters and many of item mentioned as included in booking.

Unfortunately I can'...

Unfortunately I can't rate less than 1 star, horrible hotel very dirty !! Where ever you look you'll see that carpets the couch the cup in the toilet, also the first minute you walk inside the room you'll smell the worst smell ever!!! Last but not least when we went to bed we had insect bite its horrible experience, they recommended us to change the room but come on how the other room will change anything how we can trust this dirty hotel... not only I'll not recommended it ,I regret the moment we paid money for this!!!

ÉRDEKES A szálló személyzete kitűnő.A szobák hatalmasak de azért vannak hibák a tisztaság .A kilincs le esik.stb. A reggeli kitűnő. A parkolás az egy kicsit nehézkes de a személyzet kezeli és segítőkész.A szálló centrumban található és ez nagyon hasznos Osszeségében jól választ aki ide jön 5 CSILLAGOS AZ ERTEKELÉSEM.

I really liked it he...

I really liked it here. Very affordable and good quality. We had a bedroom apartment with kitchen. It had a washing machine, cooking pots etc so we could still cook home meals. The breakfast buffet is so good with varying options for the 4 days I was there. Close to landmarks such as the corniche, beach, Emirates palace and nice shopping centers.

Location is perfect...

Location is perfect . Close to most amenities. Valet parking 👌Service could definitely be jacked up . The self catering units are serviced but they only make up beds. One is required to ask them to clean the bath and sweep out . Washing machine did not work (they came to fix) Fridge leaked . Crockery for 4 sleeper , had only for 2 . We asked for extra and still waiting ✋️ otherwise the establishment is perfect 🥰 the beds are super comfy

I would like to thank all the hotel staff in this hotel , special thanks to the House keeping and Valet team for the great service. Engineers as well were very helpful. Special thanks to the management of the Hotel of taking care of my family , brilliant professionalism from Mr Stanley & his team. New rooms looks very nice and better. Overall highly recommended hotel. Will get back soon to Eclipse Hotel

Dirty rooms. While t...

Dirty rooms. While the receptionist was nice and security guys were nice, rooms were NOT clean… it seems that the cleaning staff cheated and instead of cleaning the room after the previous client has checked out, they just re-ordered beds and claimed it was clean. We found hair everywhere on carpet, trash can was full of garbage, and we found toys under bed and behind curtains. The lady on phone told me breakfast was included, but I discovered that it was not so we had to pay for it separately. If you look for clean place, my suit in this hotel was NOT clean.

Hotel in centro con...

Hotel in centro confortevole, con stanze ampie e pulite. Ottima posizione per chi ha bisogno di stare vicino alla zona centrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Unica nota stonata è non aver ritrovato un capo di abbigliamento dimenticato in stanza e nonostante i ripetuti solleciti telefonici per ritrovarlo il personale ha ignorato la richiesta.. decisamente negativo per un paese dove l'onestà al primo posto.
