Nice food. Good Indian Iftaar buffet in Abu Dhabi. The spread caters everything - Indian dishes ( veg gravies, non veg gravies Biryani, jeera rice) Chinese. All days are different menu. Tasty , delicious food. The hygiene factor is maintained here as staff wear gloves & cap. Prior booking is better on weekends. Thanks to Vinod & Gaurav for all the help.

Ordered Chicken Tikka Biriyani (boneless) and a chicken Biriyani. Taste of chicken and tikka in Biryani are like yesterday's cooked and delivered the old ones. Not at all good, spoiled the mood of having biriyani. Never ever will try any food here onwards. Fake reviews about restaurant are given, I tried reading the 4.2 reviews but it's a trap.

One of my go to places for good Indian food Feels very welcomed by a great captain named Ibrahim. He has taken good care of us every time we’ve visited. Had eight wonder soup as suggested and it was good. Steamed rice was nice Dal Tadka lacked salt and could have been better. My normal favorites are their butter chicken, kababs and even biryani is pretty alright.

Our household absolutely LOVES Nihal Restaurant! Nihal is our go-to Indian. We have never been into the restaurant and have only ever ordered delivery (via zomato). Every single time the food comes delivered hot and delicious. We have ordered various dishes from Nihal over the past 6 months (roughly once a fortnight) and not only have the dishes been super tasty but the quality has been consistent. Never dry, never too little protein, never a bad meal. Oh, and one more thing - the prices are fantastic at Nihal’s. We used to order from another popular Indian restaurant but their mains are nearly double but I wouldn’t say the quality is so. My photos are from different times we have ordered delivery!

It’s quite good to be honest , atmosphere is kinda okay but it’s what you expect from a family restaurant, good food choices and extensive menu , One con I found ? Water is expensive !! Like 25 Dhiram for a 2l bottle.

Best restaurant in abudhabi. All the recipe in this restaurant must try dish. U will feel the quality in your taste buds. Chicken tikka biriyani, sezwan fried rice must try. Worth the price. Paying the bill using ADCB bank account will get 10% discount.

Nihal Restaurant has become one of my favorite places to go to since moving to the UAE. Centrally located in Abu Dhabi, this two story restaurant is a beacon of deliciousness for all things Indian and Chinese. There is ample parking around the building, but do remember to pay your parking first. The restaurant is a little dark on the inside, but is clean. It also has some private rooms should you want to be hidden away with a group of people. The other night I had a craving for Butter Chicken and we jumped in the car and headed straight for Nihal. We are always greeted with a smile and seated quickly. All of the servers are attentive and willing to help with menu choices. This is good because the menu is a bit overwhelming. I have yet to have a dish I didn't like come out of their kitchen. The service is greatly appreciated since that is something that is lacking in many places around the city. At Nihal, you will always have someone checking in on you to make sure your experience is pleasant. On this visit not only did we have the Butter Chicken, but we ordered the Dal Tadka, the Sliced Lamb in a pepper sauce, and the Butter Naan and the Kashmiri Naan. The later is topped with chopped up pieces of pineapple, cherries, nuts, and some type of cheese. It doesn't sound like this mixture should go on top of bread but somehow it works and is really tasty. All the dishes were hot, served nicely, and were quite tasty. At a time when even higher end restaurants are still serving meals on paper plates and with plastic forks and knifes, at Nihal you get real plates and silverware to eat with. Another aspect that sometimes goes unnoticed is the fact they play music in the background that matches their cusine, not some radio station with commercials blarring. All of the items on their menu are affordably priced from starters to desserts. No matter how hungry I think I am before going to Nihal, I always end up leving with lunch for the next day. We ordered here veg spring roll, it was soggy and I didn't like it at all. Then in the main course we opt for Haryali Kofta and butter tandoori and again we were disappointed by the overall taste, curry was totally tasteless and tandoori was burnt. In short I was not satisfied with the food taste and presentation. They really need to work on it.
