Overall experience was good. Stayed there for 1 day. Room was clean and very spacious. Dinner and breakfast buffet were good if you like Indian food. You can order dosa and omelet in breakfast. No masala dosa, just plain dosa. Omelet was very tasty. They have bar also(I did not try). There is a mall next to it.

Rooms were in excellent and service was very good, good spacious rooms, information is given prior asking, special thanks, to Pradhan, chandriksa, Pauline and grace for their excellent service and making u feel like paramount!!!!!

Etihad Airways provided the hotel after they cancelled our flight.. The hotel is approx. 30 mins from the airport... great staff, food and rooms.

I was living in the hotel only one day in the past, now i booked a room to remember the old times🙂 Everything was good, even it got more expensive. Anjli and sahanoour aha made thanku show much for good service

Good staff (almost everyone). Nice large rooms. Dangerous Parking Here is my there is a 1 or zero star for service. The lady at who is behind the breakfast ( makes the eggs)is extremely rude and disrespectful. On asking if an apple can be cut, she said you have got a knife on your table. She could have said sorry sir this is not one our tasks and if you can help yourself. The whole thing about being in hospitality business is being professional and courteous. This was low foot traffic time also and it wasn't she had her hands full. It was quite evident that other staff who were around her were cringing at her behaviour. You always have a comparitive and one bad apple ruins the whole thing. Second the parking at the hotel has this low air duct in B2 which cuts and dents your roof as you park in reverse. It's so bad that almost any car that comes in gets hit. Car roof got scratched and micro dented due to the low air/ AC ducts on parking no 006, Basement 2 at the hotel. Some parking spots have a very low clearance and it wasn't displayed clearly and two cars got the same damage due to the faulty design. Other car was damaged in the same way. We informed the hotel concierge the next morning and he took pictures too in the morning. After reporting this, they also displayed on various spots to not back car in reverse. How is this fair to a customer.

We were placed here for one night and day by Etihad Airlines after our flight was delayed. We arrived at 2am and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They even made some sandwiches and brought them up to the room. The buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious.

We had an amazing stay! The front office staff upgraded our room to a suite.. and i was shocked that there was a washing machine and clothing line in the toilet (very convenient for moms like me)! Just a small note that the hair blower wasn't working (didn't bother us). Spacious room, decent amenities, great pool (please fix some of the ceiling crystals, it looks amazing but missing a few). the location is fantastic because there are so many eateries and groceries nearby.. and a mini carnival! Will definitely come back!

Decent place. I was moved in to this hotel by Etihad Airways as these was a flight cancellation. However i must say the front office staff is up to no standards while the restaurant and all other staff was very polite and attentive. My biggest dissapointment was that, the i booked a wake up call at 3.30pm to wake me up at 6.30pm. They did not attend to it and when i woke up late and asked them he said "Sorry sir I forgot" and then i came down to the reception to ask about my hotel to airport transfer and they said "Sir please remain in your room only after 10.30pm we will be arranging the taxis and we shall call you" And again the same thing happened and since i was alert i didnt miss my flight and when i didnt get a call till midnight and i came down and then their story was "Sorry sir we though you already left with others" So, if you ever happenes to land in this place please be careful not to depend on the front office staff. Management, i am informing you this is not very professional and you must look in to this. My Room #1603 i was checked in 15/11/2024

Wonderful Stay at a Fantastic Hotel! Friendly staff, excellent location near shopping centers and dining options, and comfortable accommodations. We were upgraded to a spacious suite with modern decor, a luxurious bathroom, and a super comfy bed. But. Be aware of potential noise from the hotel's bar/club during the night, but our room was quiet.

Rooms are clean and cotton amazing. Very good sleep. Service at the reception quite friendly and effective. But people in the roof top bar, ... weird!
